WHERE IS MY ORDER?
UPDATE:
Due to the overwhelming response to our newest products we have turned ordering off till the first of the year in order to catch up and ship all exhausting orders. Please be patient we are working as fast and hard as we can- we are working about 4-6 weeks out.
Our normal ship time is below:
I am a small business and I make your items to order. Please allow at least 10 business days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped.
If your ordering rolling pins please allow an extra 3-5 days as these take longer to make. You will receive an email with tracking information when we ship. (Check your junk mail it likes to end up there)
If we have just ran a sale it could take an extra couple weeks.
How can I make a request and or ask a question?

What if I made a mistake on my order?
Please fill out the contact me form or email me directly at sharonhoppedesigns@yahoo.com. I do not always see all comments on social medial and these are the only two ways I can make sure to take care of your order correctly.
PLEASE NOTE: International shipping costs may vary higher or lower than the website calculates due in part to international shipping cost change very often. If the actual cost is more we will reach out to you for that. Likewise if its less we will refund the difference.
