This is a set of 4 forms only templates are not included. Though these forms are excellent with the Fancy Rectangles also.

The finished picture shows this from using the Fancy Square RIM Template sold separately on the RIM Template tab. The small template in the picture is not included it is just for picture purposes.

These are sized to fit perfectly with any Square 4 pc RIM template design.
